The rules of working with us.

PMF Foundry is an advisory partnership operated by DJ Gangan and Dawid Schaffranke. References to "we", "our", and "us" mean the partnership and its advisors acting in that capacity.

The Series A Readiness Score is provided free of charge for informational purposes. It is a structured self-assessment, not investment advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of fundraising outcomes. The score and verdict reflect inputs you provide; we don’t independently verify them.

The Audit is a fixed-fee €5,000 engagement, payable in advance, delivered over approximately 2 weeks. Deliverables: product maturity scorecard, GTM & pipeline review, and a 90-day roadmap with three core bets modeled to ARR.

If you sign for the Product + GTM Operating System within 30 days of your Audit’s final session, we credit the full €5,000 against your first invoice.

Guarantee:if by the end of your Audit we can’t show at least 5× your fee in credible ARR or retention upside, we keep working with you until we do.

A 6-month minimum engagement starting from €5,000/month. Includes weekly working sessions across product and GTM, monthly board-style review against ARR plan, and direct access to both advisors. The enterprise option (from €25,000/month) adds onsite strategy days and exec workshops.

We invoice monthly in advance. Either party can terminate after the 6-month minimum with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable; we do not invoice for periods after the notice expires.

Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement — metrics, customer lists, deck drafts, internal plans — is treated as confidential and used only to deliver our work for you. We will not share it externally without explicit, per-instance written permission from you.

Where we use third-party tools to operate (e.g. Notion, Resend, Calendly, Vercel), those processors handle data under the controls described in our Privacy notice.

• We don’t guarantee a Series A or any fundraising outcome. We sharpen your readiness and your narrative — investors make their own decisions.
• We don’t take a board seat, equity, or carry as part of an engagement.
• We don’t introduce you to investors as part of a paid placement. Any intros are made because we believe the fit is real.

Advice from PMF Foundry is given in good faith based on the information you provide. We are not liable for business outcomes, third-party decisions, or losses outside the direct scope of fees you have paid us. Where law permits limitation, our aggregate liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that we cannot resolve directly will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

We update these terms when our services or processes change materially. The version that applies to your engagement is the version in force when you signed the corresponding engagement letter or paid your first invoice — not whatever is on this page later.
